Eligibility Criteria:

To be eligible for the UN Grant Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:

  1. Business Registration: The applicant must be a registered business in the export or tech sector, with a valid business license and registration number.
  2. Annual Turnover: The applicant must have a minimum annual turnover of $100,000.
  3. Business Plan: The applicant must have a clear and comprehensive business plan, outlining their goals, objectives, and strategies for growth and job creation.
  4. Sustainability and Social Responsibility: The applicant must demonstrate a commitment to sustainability and social responsibility, aligning with the UN's Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
  5. Innovation and Impact: The applicant must demonstrate innovation and potential impact in their industry, with a focus on export market development, technology upgrades, or research and development.
  6. Financial Management: The applicant must demonstrate sound financial management and accountability, with a clear plan for grant utilization and reporting.

Application Guidelines:

To apply for the UN Grant Program, please follow these steps:

  1. Review the Eligibility Criteria: Ensure your business meets all the eligibility criteria before proceeding with the application.
  2. Prepare the Required Documents: Gather all necessary documents, including:
    • Business registration certificate
    • Business license
    • Annual financial statements (audited)
    • Business plan (max. 10 pages)
    • Sustainability and social responsibility statement (max. 2 pages)
  3. Complete the Application Form: Download and complete the application form from our website (Download Form). The form must be signed and dated by the authorized representative of the business.
  4. Submit the Application: Submit the completed application form and supporting documents via email to support@vontebeonlineaccess.com or through our online portal.
  5. Application Deadline: Applications must be received by 3rd July 2024.
  6. Review and Evaluation: Applications will be reviewed and evaluated by a panel of experts, based on the eligibility criteria and application guidelines.
  7. Grant Award: Successful applicants will be notified and awarded the grant, with clear instructions on grant utilization and reporting requirements.

Additional Information:

  • The UN Grant Program is competitive, and not all applicants will be successful.
  • The grant amount is $800,000, and will be disbursed in two installments (50% upfront, 50% upon completion of project milestones).
  • Grant recipients must agree to reporting and monitoring requirements, to ensure transparency and accountability.
